Protein Balls—-Amazing!!

I have just recently, discovered these delicious balls of healthiness. They are so good! My personal trainer introduced them to me the other day and I just had to make them.  Such a great snack, I find I struggled with my healthy snack through the day, its so much easier just to grab what is in the cupboard. Not to mention the fact that I like my sweets. Which is all the more reason I love these, it is like having a treat. Anyways it was recommended to me that two of them for a snack is like good. So apparently, I shouldn’t eat half the batch. Haha.

So, there are nine ingredients, and you can get all of them at bulk barn or similar places.  These are so much healthier than the protein bars you buy on the shelf!


  • 1 scoop of Protein Shake Powder (your choice, I used a chocolate peanut butter flavour)
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt Chips
  • 1/2 Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

In a Bowl, mix all ingredients together. Roll into a ball. Stick them in the fridge to chill.
