Gluten Free White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Today I fiddled around with some ingredients, to make these gluten free cookies for my daughter. I put in all her favourite ingredients. These cookies have three different kinds of goodies; white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and Reese’s Pieces candies.  Personally I would replace the butterscotch chips with peanut butter chips , as butterscotch and peanut butter don’t often go together, but as I said they were made with my daughter in mind. She loved them and so did the rest of the family!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Butter or Margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/8 Cups Brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Reese’s Pieces Candies

Directions:

  • Cream butter/margarine, eggs, sugars
  • Add remaining ingredients, leaving the chips and candies to the last
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown
