Upside Down Pizza

You ever get bored of the same meals? Give this one a try, its quick, easy and you can choose what you want in it. Its a great change from the regulars!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 can(12oz) Tomato Paste
  • 12 oz Water
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Toppings of choice (Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms, etc)
  • 4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tube Crescent Rolls

***Can use a pizza sauce instead of tomato paste, water and oregano. Also if you don’t have mozzarella on hand, any cheese will do***

Directions:

  • Fry hamburger, drain grease
  • Add tomato paste, water and oregano (or just pizza sauce, whatever you are using)
  • Simmer for 5-10 min (if using pizza sauce, add water if its too thick)
  • Spread into greased 9×13′ dish
  • Sprinkle with desired toppings
  • Add shredded cheese
  • Roll out dough and cover dish
  • Cook at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown
